Water + Baking Soda

Nutrition Tip of the Day

The one thing that you should add to your water is a half teaspoon of baking soda per day.  This will help fight one of the leading causes of disease and fatigue in the body – excess acidity.  The ideal pH of your body fluids in 7.35 but due to stress, the foods and meds we consume etc. it is rarely near there and often far more acidic.

The baking soda raises the pH close to 7.35 and your body will be more energized and more healthy over time.
