Workout #1

Consistency is important in everything that you do. Research shows that if you skin a workout when it is planned that you have a huge likelihood of missing the next one too.

That is why you need variety in your routines and that is why they need to be able to be done anywhere easily without need of specialized equipment.

Here is a workout that recruits a huge number of muscles simultaneously.

SIDE PLANK – LEFT SIDE

SIDE PLANK – RIGHT SIDE

PUSH UPS

SPIDER LUNGE – LEFT

SPIDER LUNGE – RIGHT

SQUAT HOP TO PLANK

Do each of these for 1 minute intervals without rest. Rest after each circuit for one minute.

Just 20 Minutes Total!
