This fitness tip is for all women. Get a stability ball and get ready to crunch your core. The core is most important for stability, from walking to running to just staying balanced. I got my stability ball from Amazon but you can get yours at your nearest sports equipment store. The best is to do 3 sets or until your core burns. Watch the video for a full demonstration. Make sure as your doing your j20 workouts, that you alternate days that you work on each area.
