Baby its cold outside: Winter Workouts

Don’t let chilly days stand in the way of staying in shape!

The most important workout during the winter that I have found most rewarding is a nice  20 minute run threw the beautiful fresh outdoors. Just 20 minutes, Stay at a good pace and get that heart pumping! You will Thank me later.

A Few Indoor Quickies:

                                                                         — 15 squats

— 15 push-ups

— 15 crunches

                          — 15 seconds of high knees

Best if you have a resistance band close by to use during this workout, if you don’t I highly suggest you add this to your closet 😉
